Excellent unobstructed beach views with easy access only 50 yards away. This beach cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with over 1400 sq. ft. of beautiful terra cotta ceramic tile throughout, CH&A, a nice large screened porch to enjoy the island breezes and sunset, a large sundeck for catching some rays, a wrap around deck, covered concrete parking (up to 4 cars), fully loaded kitchen, and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer. This beach cottage sleeps six comfortably with 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. The living area has three large windows that face the beach and a wood stove to enjoy the cooler months. The dining area seats ten comfortably with a table for six and the bar seats four more. This beach coattage is on a unique lot with both beach to bay views, and is situated on the bike path to town a couple of miles away to restaurants and shopping.
