Clean Beaches Guarantee - Deepwater Horizon Incident Cancellation/Refund Policy. IF St. George Island beaches are closed by Federal, State or County authorities we will issue a full refund of any payments paid toward your reservation. In the event that St. George Island beaches are closed during your stay, you will be given a prorated refund for any day or days that the beach at your cottage is closed. Guests who wish to cancel before any beach closing will be referred to our Rental Guidelines/Standard Cancellation Policy.
